F'hain was built in 1920 when Greater Berlin was established by referendum, to let live poore people near to the indastria of the zone
F'hain in the '90 was empty, ready for demolition and reconstruction of modern houses.
Few old people was still leaving in a ghost zone with the hope to die at home, were they spent theyr life.
After the wall felt down, F'hain was squatted, is only thanks to the squatter that the old buildings are still alive.
Now is fashion to have old architecture. Now is fashion the huge amount of artists and clubs that the poor people built. But the state, the city and infrastructures do not thanks the Houseprojects, the illegals, the squatter who saved a piece of history from the evolution machines. The Hausprojects are alwais less, also if in true new one born and old one re-organize theyrself.
Actually the House prices are soaring above most people earned income level.
